By keeping her finger on the pulse of the latest trends and movements of the San Diego real estate market, Tanya Lewis is able to offer her clients top-notch guidance from start to finish, ensuring the entire process is seamless, efficient and rewarding.  She brings her experience, passion and sharp attention to detail to help sellers get the most value for their property by skillfully marketing a home's unique presence and character, and she assists buyers in a highly focused planned search for their new house or investment.  Tanya is assertive and effective without being too aggressive.  While she is a strong negotiatior and advocate for her clients, she is just as compassionate and a humorous partner who eases a process that can often be quite stressful.

Tanya has been a local San Diego resident for over 32 years and she understands that numerous intangible benefits of life in San Diego County with its unmatched weather, culture and diversity.  Specializing in the communities of North Inland, San Diego downtown (Central) and Chula Vista.   Whether you want to sell or purchase your first home, a quaint vacation cottage, or an exceptional luxury residence, you can depend on Tanya to know about various locations, value, property types, pricing, zoning and marketing.

As an educator, she has coached, mentored and trained hundreds of real estate agents many whom have developed successful careers.

She is the recipient of several awards, such as KW's silver and bronze awards for notably high sales volume and the KW Icon award which is honored to individuals who exemplify success, skills, creativity and leadership.

Before getting into the real estate business in 2003, Tanya flew for United Airlines as an international flight attendant.  She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and the University of Toledo respectively, with an earned Bachelor of Arts degree.

Active in serving the community, she volunteers for several non-profit organizations such as Meals-On-Wheels, the San Diego Humane Society, and is the Past President of Soroptimist International of Poway- a global organization that empowers the lives of women and girls who face the obstacles of domestic violence and poverty.

When not assisting clients, Tanya enjoys spending time checking out new restaurants with her friends, music concerts, traveling and learning Spanish.
